Jeffrey R. Curl, born in Lima, Ohio, on August 27, 1967, is the managing partner for Curl, Hark and Holliday L.L.C. He has been practicing law in Northeast Missouri since 1992, handling a wide variety of legal issues, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Criminal Law, Drivers License Issues, Landlord and Tenant, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Business Law and General Civil Litigation.

Mr. Curl is also an active member of the local community, donating his time and efforts to a variety of community projects and civic organizations. Mr. Curl is a resident of Hannibal and is married with one child.

John M. Hark

John M. Hark, born Hannibal, Missouri, October 24, 1970, is a partner with Curl, Hark and Holliday who has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial work, including being selected by the Missouri Bar as the recipient of the 2005 Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyers Award. His practice includes plaintiff and defense experience in serious personal injuries, meaning that he has a complete understanding of how to achieve his clients' best interests. In addition to his trial work in both the State and Federal Courts, Mr. Hark has an extensive business law practice which includes preplanning, organization, management and succession planning.

Michael Holliday, born in Hannibal, Missouri on August 13, 1978. He has been a resident of this town his entire life.

James C. Weyand

J.C. Weyand, born in Quincy, Illinois on November 29, 1984 and grew up in the township of Ursa, Illinois.

J.C. is an associate at Curl, Hark and Holliday L.L.C. He handles a wide variety of legal issues, including Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Divorce, Probate, Child Custody, Drivers License Issues, Landlord and Tenant, Real Estate, Business Law and Business Planning.

Mr. Weyand is a resident of Hannibal with his wife of 6 years Mariah. Mr. Weyand is active in serving the Hannibal Community in many ways, but is most passionate about his ministry work at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Hannibal. He and his wife Mariah have done Youth Ministry there for the past nine years. Mr. Weyand is also active in leading worship and occasionally filling the pulpit.
